lThe particle size of silicon metal powder is usually between 10 - 100 µm. Special specifications of silicon metal powder, customized according to customer needs, can reach 45-325 mesh, with an average particle size of 120-200 µm.

lFor example, for applications that require high precision, finer granularity may be chosen, such as 1µm or smaller; For situations where granularity requirements are not as strict, larger granularity may be chosen, such as -200 mesh or larger.

Therefore, the commonly used particle size of metal silicon powder does not have a fixed range, but varies according to different application requirements.

The national standard also has clear requirements for the particle size of industrial silicon, andeach batch of industrial silicon should undergo particle size inspection. This indicates that the particle size ofsilicon metal is not only related to its application effectiveness in specific industries, but also constrained by national regulations.
