According to the composition of the core material, the cored wire can be divided into single and composite cored wires:
1)Single cored wire is a kind of cored wire with a kind of alloy powder or powdery nonmetallic compound additive as the core powder.
2)Composite cored wire is a kind of cored wire with two or more alloy powders as core powder.
The cored wire can be divided into inner tap type and outer tap type according to wire arrangement.
It is mainly used to purify steel impurities, improve the quality of molten steel, improve the casting state, improve the castability of molten steel, improve the service performance of steel, and can significantly improve the yield of alloy, reduce alloy consumption and reduce the cost of steelmaking.

1、It is beneficial to adjust and control the content of oxidizable elements and trace elements, and can greatly improve the yield of the alloy.
2、Reduce metallurgical cost.
3、Shorten the metallurgical time.
